The first step in the process of illustrating is designing one of your main characters. This sets the tone for the whole book, the style, what people look like, and it gives you a chance to see what it’s like to illustrate with us. Did you know you can start off with just a $50 deposit? With $50 we’ll get started on that first character, if you love it, and we know you will, we’ll credit that $50 towards the rest of the book!

It is the process of building a unique character showing its personality, motivations and depth. This can be a standalone project or the first step in creating a character for your book.
A spot illustration is a basic illustration that stands on its own, with only one or two characters, and up to three objects.
A full-page illustration is an illustration that has objects and a background that takes up a single page of your book.
A protective covering used to keep all the pages bind together. It can also be used to promote the content of the book.
